Welcome to the new WRJ Northeast District website
WRJ District 1 has consolidated with WRJ District 3 to form the WRJ Northeast District. The Northeast District encompasses Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont; plus Ontario and Quebec, Canada; and the Virgin Islands.
We are here to encourage understanding and support of the programs, activities, and projects of WRJ and to provide direct services to our district sisterhoods. We are a liaison between the local Sisterhoods and Women of Reform Judaism.
Participation in the wide variety of district activities offers WRJ members opportunities to develop leadership, share success stories, discuss problems, acquire new skills, and encourage Jewish values in everyday life. The Northeast District is working closely together and looks forward to our upcoming regional Biennial in October, 2010.
